1. Create a blogger account and write a blog post, with a link to your website in the text.

2.  Submit both your site and the blogger post to services such as pingler and ping-o-matic.

3.  Submit your site to social bookmarking sites such as reddit and digg.

4. Submit your RSS feed to feedsubmitter.

5. Submit your sitemap to Google within your Google webmaster tools account.

The above will take you less than half an hour to do, and in my experience will see your page indexed in less than 48 hours.
